You are invited to join us at our 2024 Walk for Love.

This event will start and finish at Carclew in North Adelaide. Our Walk for Love is a family friendly and pet friendly event. Everyone is welcome!

There are two distances to choose from:

  • 3km 
  • 7km 
On the day of the Walk for Love, simply head off on the route length of your preference. Your map will outline both route options. 


When you register you will be asked to choose to start your walk at one of the following times:

  • 8am - 8.50am
  • 9am - 9.50am
  • 10am  - 10.50am
  • 11am - 11.15am



There is no cost to register, however, we ask you to dig deep and make a personal gift to help us cover the cost of the Walk and to support patient care. Your gift will provide care for patients and families in Mary Potter Hospice, Calvary's Palliative Home Care Service, Calvary Cancer Services and Aged Care Services.

You could even go one step further and do something extra special - fundraise among your friends, family, and colleagues, by asking them to support you with a small donation.

Their small gift will make a big difference for patients and families in our care.


Once you have registered, you will receive a Welcome Pack in the post.

Note: Welcome Packs for registrations made after 11 May will be available at the Event Info Desk on the day.

Your Welcome Pack will include everything you need to know about the event including your walk time, a fundraising tips sheet, a map and most importantly - your Walk for Love bib to wear on the day. Your bib will display the name of who you are walking in memory of and your team name (if applicable). 



To register, click on the 'register' button and follow the prompts.


Are you registering a team or joining an existing team?

If you are, begin the registration process by filling in your own details (and the details of anyone else in your household that you are registering also). During the registration process, you will be asked if you would like to create a new team or join an existing team.

At this point, you can choose a team name and set up a new team, or you can search the name of the existing team to join as a member.

Accessibility

Free 3 hour parking is available along Jeffcott St, Ward St, and Strangways Tce. The Event Parking limit will not apply to our Walk for Love. 

There are limited disabled parking spaces available at the venue.

Walkers can be dropped off at the entrance to Carclew – look for the pink flags.

Registering for the Walk

Register before 5pm on Thursday 23 May 2024.

Register before 13 May and a Registration Pack with everything you need to know about the event will be posted to you.

If you miss this deadline - your pack will be available for you to collect at the Walk. Please come to the Event Info Tent to collect.
